I'm back. Sorry about the delay.
Didn't find much in the way of odd or obscure kitchen tools in the dark recesses of my kitchen, but I found this gathering dust on a high shelf.


So what is it/what is it used for?

Don't know about the "As seen on TV" part, it was a gift from one of my aunts to my mother. Not a garlic/onion chopper. Not any kind of chopper.

The items intended to be stored in this container are indeed green, but that still leaves a large number of possibilities.....
