Moving about more sure helped some. You also mentioned it started when you had Tomato sandwiches. Keep those in your menu.
I keep rooting for you Vic and look forward to the day, when you are back to your 2009 weight or hopefully well below it.

I wish I was so lucky, for me all I can do
is try to not eat anything. I am one of those
people who gain weight just by looking at pix
of pie, cake, or any other kind of sweet food.
It is not easy for me to have to go hungry like
right now. Poor LSM is always worried that I am
not eating well enough, and I can't stand worrying
her in any way. Some times she feels better if I
eat some green things, but I would rather be hungry.
Like I said: "Good luck Vic."

Vegetables, mainly green ones.

Actually I don't know where you got the idea about a tomato sandwich, sure I mentioned tomatoes, but they were only for homemade burgers, of which I have the sesame seed topped buns in the freezer and outside of mayo and mustard, I don't have any other ingredients and in 2009 I weighed about what I weigh now Uli.

I'm on the poverty diet. What money I do have for food goes to feed the dogs and cats. Many, many cats. Oh, and a couple of raccoons.

My garden looks like a wild frontier!

Well that's interesting, is there any chance of Me knowing what I weighed in 2009? As I seem to have no info on the hdd at all now and thanks for the rooting.

Congratz on the weight loss Victor:)

After my accident, I lost 19 kilos, only weighed 40 kilos back then. Now I'm at 60 kilos, only 1 kilo more than before...

Thanks Julie, but last night the scale gave Me two new weights, 404lbs and 399lbs...

The 399lbs was when I steadied Myself against the counter by pushing against the countertop, but not holding, as I have trouble standing still, I wobble/sway a bit...

Not too long ago I weighed 200 pounds. Then I had something removed. After that I weighed 160 pounds.

Want to see a picture of the thing I had removed?

It's bloody.

I'm warning you.

It's here: http://www.zannpix.com/tumor1.jpg

That's me lying beneath it.

Yuck, the tumor that is, I'm glad it's out of you Suzie, I tried to get an ultrasound of My abdomen months back and cause the table only goes to 350lbs, they can't do that, yet the x-ray table goes to 600lbs, go figure...

John, you're supposed to take the stones out of your pockets before you step onto the scales, Nurse Olga told you before ....

That is not "in my pockets" it is all-around-me as a celebrated mass held there by gravity. It forces my trousers down when I bend, but they have not yet fallen off. Perhaps one day I can frighten someone in the .........

Now where is that raccoon?
