We always had the hedgehogs raiding the leftover catfood.

Well, when we finally got home tonight, there was just one adventurous little raccoon kit in the yard. I do not know if it was Who, What, When, Where or Why, but he (she???) accepted some cat food and grapes that I tossed from a window. He (she???) was a cute little thing.

Purvis was out there too, and he enjoyed the catfood, but he turned up his snotty little skunk snout at the grapes. Skunks are supposed to LOVE fruit, but I have found that they vastly prefer catfood over fruit.

From my experiences, Skunks love cat food( and actually play rather well with cats for the most part.. a cousin thing), eggs, and are also willing to dig through trash cans for goodies.

I also know if you are trying to chase raccoons out of the trash cans, and a skunk rears its head.. it is best to RUN before it turns around. Oh and having a skunk move in under your bedroom is NOT a good thing.

Testing.

The pic shows up in My browser, which is Firefox Nightly 20.0a1 x64, Maybe your browser is too old?

In any case I right clicked on the picture and got links to files for posting, the one at 800 is what I used, it works here. The one you posted is only good for a URL, it's the way flickr is I think.

It shows up for me in your post, but not in mine. I'll try the "right click" thing which, on a Mac, is something else.

That's not fast enough for me! I like to catch and fix/delete my mistakes before anyone else does, as you well know, Dave. Thanks anyway. I'll probably need to use it one day.

You can fix your mistakes yourself within the hour by using the Edit button, you just can't delete an entire message.

It would be nice that within that first hour, it didn't show the edited message. I often put right my spelling, but people think I may have changed the message when I haven't.

No, but Sue and I try to be. On the other extreme is our Facebook friend Leah, who is a professional proofreader and whose posts often have so many typos you can't even figure them out.

This is for our friend in Arizona. I can't remember right now who that is.

IIRC, his price was $395. The bench behind him was $1250. Or something like that.

[edit] No, I think RR was $695. [/edit]

Okay. Yes, your weather thing says that.

I suppose I should include New Mexico too, if we have anyone there.

Message 1412794 - Posted: 8 Sep 2013, 4:14:06 UTC

I'm sorry to interrupt this raccoon channel, but in 3 more weeks(October 1st) I've got 2 more corners to seal up with GE Silicon Caulk, as the 2 remaining corners are allowing the moths to enter into the mobile home, the outside panels are loose, to fix those panels, I'd need a 3/8" cordless drill & charger, 2" #8 flathead phillips wood screws, a 7/64"x2" drill bit and a #8 countersink bit, as the nails Fleetwood Enterprises installed the panels with have allowed the panels to come loose at the halfway point by about 1/16", lower down the panels must be looser than 1/16", the park wouldn't do the repairs at one time, I'll have to talk to them Monday while I wait for UPS, and I can only do this on concrete where I can use the step ladder at, anywhere else and the ladder sinks into the ground when I'm on it. I'd do the work now, but I just can't right now, even though I wish I could, as I'm getting 1 moth a day in here, I just killed one today, not like I want to kill anything, but these moths are too small to catch alive, the moth came out of the closet and the moths were coming out of there even with no clothes or other cloth fabrics in there and except for the 2 corners I've sealed up everywhere else, this 26yr old mobile home is not sealed very well anymore, though I have fixed some of that already. Fleetwood Enterprises went bankrupt in 2009.

I now return y'all to your normal raccoon activities.
