The closet has another clothes moth in it, so I sealed up the last crack that adjoins the exterior wall with the 4th tube, the moth shouldn't last too long, it hasn't gotten out into the bedroom, I'm hoping I don't need to caulk the other two corners of the closet, I didn't smooth out the caulk at the ceiling on the exterior wall, hopefully that won't be a problem. I hoping there will be no more moths...

I saw no flies when I was fishing for mackerel 2 or 3 miles out along the North coast of Cornwall, just lots of grey and blacked backed gulls ...

Pay attention Vic! Flies do the backstroke in your soup, moths do the butterfly stroke in drinks!

Sorry I had no idea, for all I knew the moth was looking to upgrade to a V8...

We keep getting red admiral type butterflies in the house from the Budlia outside in our garden.

We also practice a bit of squash, when encountering the numerous wasps that are coming in to share beer'o'clock

I was trying to post a photo. Used Img tags first but that didn't work. Used URL tags, above, which show URL but not photo. What am I doing wrong?

And isn't there a way to delete a post after it's up?

The pic shows up in My browser, which is Firefox Nightly 20.0a1 x64, Maybe your browser is too old?

In any case I right clicked on the picture and got links to files for posting, the one at 800 is what I used, it works here. The one you posted is only good for a URL, it's the way flickr is I think.

For the img tag, you need to use the url of the image itself, not the webpage it appears on. When I want to post an image here, I upload it to my own web site.

To have a post deleted, click the little red x next to the post id# at the bottom and ask to have it removed. Give a reason and a moderator will hide it shortly.

Sadly we do not regularly see darling little Who, What, When, Where and Why, and their mother Pilar. We see them maybe once or twice a week, and rarely all together, which means that the babies are already working on leaving their mama.

I have not had much time to socialize this litter, so the babies are not at all tame this year. Between our travels this summer and our need to work late so often this year, I just keep missing the raccoons. In fact, it is 8pm now and I am still at work. By the time I get home tonight the raccoons will probably have already eaten all of Spawnie's leftover food and left our backyard.

Last year I simply had more time to socialize Marcel, Donna and Magoo and because Gigi weaned them so early, they were very impressionable raccoon kits. It is all about time, timing and effort, I'm afraid... three things I am lacking in the raccoon department this year.

Thanks for taking the time to update us Ang. I know, once again, you both have a lot on your plate right now.

Well, when we finally got home tonight, there was just one adventurous little raccoon kit in the yard. I do not know if it was Who, What, When, Where or Why, but he (she???) accepted some cat food and grapes that I tossed from a window. He (she???) was a cute little thing.

Purvis was out there too, and he enjoyed the catfood, but he turned up his snotty little skunk snout at the grapes. Skunks are supposed to LOVE fruit, but I have found that they vastly prefer catfood over fruit.
