I run Seti@Home Boink on two computers and they seem to work and communicate fine. When I look at my results there is a lot of work units that still waits for granted credits. Pending credits starts from the day I joined Boink but there are granted gredits in between ungranted ones. Can anyone give me an explanation for pending credits?

If you look at the workunits that are still "pending" you will see that there has been only one or two results returned for those units. Three results must be successfully returned before credit can be granted. There are some instances where the workunit must be resent even though it looks like three results have been successfully returned.

Just a clarification: Two of the three valid returns must match (science result, not credit request). If this is not the case then BOINC is supposed to send the WU for crunching on a different host. If this result matches one of the previous results, then those two get credit. If a result is not returned before the deadline, then another copy is sent for crunching on a different host. This can go on for quite a while if there are users that reset their machines every day.
