Okay, Thanks Bob. Sorry I didn't respond earlier than now: I've been pretty busy with other things.
It has actually been happening on a Frequent Basis, so I'll Do a Reset. After reading the Other Reply (Message 1398700), I think one of the Reasons it happens as mentioned by 'BilBg' could be what is causing it to happen: Possibly Anti-virus Scans, and/or when The Clock Changes Up/Down.

ps .. I'll just allow one Task to Finish (It has less than 90 minutes to run).

It's Happening Again. I RESET PROJECT back in August as it was suggested. But soon after, I started to Get The ...
" ... but No Finished File"
"If This happens repeatedly, You may Need To Reset Project"
.. again on a Regular Basis.
I have once again Reset Project, and immediately after Numerous New Tasks were Downloaded and Processing Started, I Immediately started to get The Same Messages.
It is only happening on This Machine (with Windows7 OS), which only Runs SETI. My other Machine (with Vista) ... which Runs EINSTEIN, Cosmology, ASTEROIDS, Rosetta, MILKYWAY, Seti, CONSTELLATION, (and I have good Old Inactive ORBIT still on the List - albeit in Suspend Mode) ... has No Problems, except I have noticed it one time with either Cosmology or Constellation (I'm not sure which one).

Any Theories/Solutions?

ps .. Whenever I am using it for Videos/Games/DVD's etcetera, or whenever I need to Utilise Most Of or All Of The Resources, I always Manually Suspend The Project.

Just out of curiosity, when was the last time you rebooted that machine?

UPDATE 12th Oct 2013 (AEST).
As Julius Sumner Miller often Quoted ...
.. " Why Is It So ?!? " ..... I have continued to Crunch whilst ignoring the
" ... but No Finished File"
"If This happens repeatedly, You may Need To Reset Project"
Messages on My Event Log ...I finally decided to RESET The Project One More Time. However, it is still happening.
What would happen if I Uninstalled Seti@Home and Reinstalled it? Would this be Practical, and would it interfere with my Existing Account?
This may or may not be serious, but it IS Annoying.
I have even tried Logging Off, after first Selecting No New Tasks, prior to Project Reset, and then after Project has Reset, Logging back In and selecting Allow New Tasks.
Nothing Seems To Work.

ps .. my Defrag is set to run automatically on a weekly basis, but this is happening at other times, even when I have not been using my System for Non Boinc Related Work.

Just because I'm too lazy to go through the whole thread, or dig through host data: Which Boinc version and SaH appication(s) are running? I can point to at least two fundamental design flaws in Boinc and Boincapi that contradict Microsoft 'best practices', that would lead to success with no finished file on some (perfectly functional) systems.

I do it pretty regularly. but this is happening more often than it gets Rebooted. For example, being a Laptop, I obviously Log-Off and Shut Down, whenever I move it to another location in the house or take it anywhere with me. Also, whenever it is required following Updates. But as I said, it's happening when it's just sitting here and not being used. Then, when I view My Event Log, I notice that it has been happening.
See the Portion of My Event Log below. This is the latest log. I was not using the Computer during that time.

Have you excluded the Virus scanner from scanning the Boinc Data directory yet?

And task 19no08ad.3688.890.3.12.50_0 finished with Success/Valid:
http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/result.php?result_name=19no08ad.3688.890.3.12.50_0

As I already noted: "This are not "Error Messages" and they will not disappear if you reset the project."
After several (unneeded) project resets are you already convinced it will not 'help'? (for what 'problem'?)

"you may need to reset the project." 'advice' is intended only for the case if the app files (.exe .dll) are corrupted. (reset deletes them and downloads again the same files from the server)

MyEventViewer can maybe show what happened at that time (e.g. 18/10/2013 1:05:00 AM)
(it is easier to use than standard (Windows) Event Viewer)

Hmmmnn ... No! ... I haven't. Thanks for that Suggestion. But would it affect those Tasks which have already been Downloaded and on the Ready To Start list: Wouldn't Anti Virus be more inclined to interfere during Downloading or Uploading? ... That is why I haven't done it, because I thought they would not be affected while they are Running. However, now that I think of it, I have had problems on my other rig with some of asteroid@home stuff. The Sec. Prog. Blocks some Downloads and I have to manually Accept them; which can be a pain in the ar8e because it usually happens when I'm not in front of my Monitor.
Anyway, thanks again. I'll try doing that with Both Computers.

While 'they' are Running: BOINC and apps write often to the disk/files

If you are in doubt 'how to':
http://boincwiki.mundayweb.com/index.php?title=Add_the_BOINC_Data_directory_to_the_exclusions_of_my_antivirus_program

(for some antiviruses you may need additionally set BOINC (boinc.exe) as 'trusted program')

Check the logs of the antivirus/'security' program for what it blocked so far
