8 tasks in progress now. Yeah, I wonder which will arrive first, Thanksgiving or the last v6 wu and who the last v6 user is? The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

I just ran across 3 of these sitting on a host since May. They have been validated since May. Are these being listed as in progress? SETI@home Enhanced tasks for computer 5635938 |

No, none of those have any "In progress" tasks. They're just stuck for unknown reasons. Joe |

I have a very strange V6 unit sitting here since may. IIRC Eric ran the credit granting script at some point. I've found lots of errors in the DB that had been validated and granted credit. A person who won't read has no advantage over one who can't read. (Mark Twain) |

7 tasks in progress now. Sometimes sysadmins increase the replication number to try and clean up a run - if one task fails, they send out two replacements (or even more) in the hope that someone - anyone - will finish it at last. |

Sten I hope you will still post after the last one goes though. :) You want him to post his daily updates with "0 tasks..." and "0 users..." forever? |

Im thinking November 28 will see the last one gone. Why Thanksgiving/Hanukkah in particular? Or is it just a mathematical prediction? David Sitting on my butt while others boldly go, Waiting for a message from a small furry creature from Alpha Centauri. |

Im thinking November 28 will see the last one gone. Yep and as good as any other date at this point, as who knows when the last v6 wu will be completed... The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |
