Hi, Recently returned to Seti after many years. Having problems uploading the first set of tasks I downloaded on my work computer. We've had recent problems with our proxy, but that is now fixed. The logs report: 10/07/2013 12:23:21 | SETI@home | Started upload of 26fe08ab.28758.276900.16.12.248_0_0 10/07/2013 12:23:26 | SETI@home | Project file upload handler is missing 10/07/2013 12:23:26 | SETI@home | Backing off 5 hr 8 min 7 sec on upload of 26fe08ab.28758.276900.16.12.248_0_0 10/07/2013 12:27:30 | SETI@home | Started upload of 26fe08ab.28758.276900.16.12.248_0_0 10/07/2013 12:27:35 | SETI@home | Project file upload handler is missing 10/07/2013 12:27:35 | SETI@home | Backing off 5 hr 2 min 12 sec on upload of 26fe08ab.28758.276900.16.12.248_0_0 There are six units in the Transfer window. In the tasks window, there are 8 units listed. 6 labelled uploading, 2 labelled Ready to Report. Thanks for any help you can give |

I am having the same problem where I have several which are in "Ready to report" status. Also, I thought these took longer, according to their elapsed time they took 6-7 minutes to complete. Does that sound right? |

Hi, I'm still getting this problem. Fearing I had corrupted files, I aborted the units and downloaded more to work on, however with these new units, I am still getting the "Project File Upload Manager Missing" error. Any ideas? |

perhaps resetting the project would Download the proper files you need In a rich man's house there is no place to spit but his face. Diogenes Of Sinope |

We've had recent problems with our proxy, but that is now fixed. Try: <http_1_0>1</http_1_0> Set this flag to use HTTP 1.0 instead of 1.1 (this may be needed with some proxies). http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Client_configuration#Options  - ALF - "Find out what you don't do well ..... then don't do it!" :)  |
