Weather - daytime normally very pleasant at low altitudes, cooler at night. Obviously getting colder the higher you go.
If its a clear, sunny day the top of the Jungfrau can be a strange experience, quite warm in the sun, but bitterly cold in the shade.
As for a puffer jacket, last time I was in Switzerland in July we played "spot the tourist" - locals were in shorts and tee-shirts, but non-European tourists were in puffer jackets in the centre of Berne (where the temperature was about 23-25C)

Quite unlike the UK, where it will probably be raining....
