Biola University-Biola University was founded in 1908 as the Bible Institute Of Los Angeles by Lyman Stewart, president of the Union Oil Company of California (subsequently known as Unocal and later purchased by the Chevron Corporation), Thomas C. Horton, a Presbyterian minister and Christian author, and Augustus B. Prichard, also a Presbyterian minister.[3][4] [5]

current enrollment and staff

Academic staff 900
Undergraduates 4,106
Postgraduates 1,995

Seems incredibly small. since its been around since 1908 and it is in a large population center you'd assume it would have a bigger enrollment.

by comparison
UCLA

Academic staff 4,016[4]
Admin. staff 26,139
Students 39,945 (2012)[5]
Undergraduates 27,941 (2012)[5]
Postgraduates 12,004 (2012

This isn't to just knock the size of the supposed school of higher learning but also its location.

Lets also get right back onto the same crap website you keep dropping us into with the same illogical rants. Sorry champ you have to find another source.

Nobel Laureates, National Medal of Science, National Medal of Technology, Oh, my!

I'm to be impressed by human secularists awarding other human secularists? Sorry I'm not even close to being impressed. I'm impressed by solid logic WITH science attached to it.

The same group of idiots gave Obama a Nobel Peace Prize, I didn't buy that either....

Caltech manages the Jet Propulsion Laboratory for NASA. The Curiosity mission was its latest, but also the NuSTAR hard X-ray telescope.

... snip ...

...no-one disagrees with Mandela in 1993, that was genuinely deserved.

I can assure you that some people do disagree with Mandela being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1993.

Mandela shared the award with FW de Klerk, also a former president. And there are some people who disagree with that, too.

My view, FWIW, is that both deserved the award.

Oh Lord, not this by evolution or by design thread again, by the back door! Quite what this has to do with "Science (non-SETI)" I haven't a clue.

You never give up do you ID?

No, I will not give up.

Most science posted HERE on this 'so called' Science (non-SETI) link is NOthing other then hypothesis. The very same thing I have started out this link with.

What I expect is the same treatment.

I don't get paid for it, but I don't mind watching some people make constant fools of themselves, especially when they don't realise just how foolish they look. ROFLMAO

Cheers.

Really? Then the three of you have had time to watch the debate and are ready to talk about the Miller-Urey experiment, reckon? Right?

If not then why are you here on this thread?

Rob offered an reason why he didn't watch. I very poor reason but never the less a reason. You other two...nothing, nothing at all.

I miss Johnney. He had a true Irish spirit, like my former fellow citizen James Joyce. They built a statue to him in Trieste.

Johnney quickly slipped into the Team Recruitment Center earlier to update his team thread and quietly left. ;-)

Cheers.
