Now 76. Finally put a screen in the front window yesterday; just the one in the bathroom wasn't enough to keep the house cool, even in the low 70s.

Tomorrow 85 ( close the windows and turn on the air first thing in the morning)

Friday and Saturday 90

Slow climb to 94 by next Wednesday

Potential storms every day.

So much for going to Galesburg Railroad Days this weekend. It's always hot for that.

Is your PC set to boot to one of 3 installed flavours of Windows then, Vic?

Wrong type of windows, these are of the glass type, to replace 3 older ones that are here in the mobile home. Sorry that I wasn't very exact.

Yeah, it's that dry, British humour. Sometimes, it just sneaks right past you.......

Yeah, I've had that problem even without dry humour, but whatever.

Here in Florida we have entered the summer weather forecast season. Standard forecast all summer, high in the low 90's, low in the mid 70's with a 30-40% chance of rain. Repeat until October. Unless a hurricane starts brewing in the caribbean somewhere.

Mid-Upper 90's here is low humidity of about maybe 6-8%, I'll have to see what 90F is like on Friday to know for sure, predicted is a high of 97F/36C on Friday, it was 96F/35C w/min 6% humidity on Thursday, Here the higher the temp, the lower the humidity.

Well, y'all know my favorite weatherman of all time was George Carlin's Al Sleet.

And George kinda gave Al a sendoff many years later, before he himself left the scene......Al Sleet's last forecast.
