I have a problem in runing boinc, like "permanent HTTP error" . what should i do to solve it , thanks.

Please post the first 20-30 lines from the BOINC Event Log, after a start-up. That way we may see a little more information than the little bit you've given.

CTRL+SHIFT+E to the Event Log.
