What sort of score is that- NZ 68 all out in 22.2 overs.

Now the last series between Auz and NZ was a draw one all, at the end of 2011.

Since then Aus have been digging themselves further and further into a black hole, so unless miracles do happen looks like they have no hope later this year.

Foxtel and Optus can stick the pay tv up there &&& at $50 per month for a basic package and if I want there sports pack that's a extra $15 movie package extra for Sci-Fi it would probably cost me near $90 per month to get everything I want to watch and you can't pick 1 or 2 extra channels there packages of 4-7 extra channels a real rip of over here

No different here, and probably the same in the USA. Leisure TV is big business, and sport is the same. A ticket at Lords to watch England Vs NZ on May 31st is £85, ordinary County matches £20. Talk about upping the prices to cash in! You might like to know that during the NZ England tour in 1986, there was a charity match at the Maori Club in Surrey, where my Rotary Club met. Richard Hadlee came into the bar and we met him and shook hands. A thoroughly nice gentleman, and of course he wasn't a Sir then!

A ticket to watch the average Manchester United football match is £40, an annual season ticket is about £700. Plus Season Ticket holders are automatically allocated and required to buy tickets for home games in European, and FA competitions, averaging 8 home cup games a season. You're talking over £1000.

It's a total rip off, left right and centre, but people put their hands in their pockets and pay up. Why would anyone in their right mind want to pay £1000 to watch 22 neanderthals kick a ball about for 90 minutes, swearing like troopers and up to all the dirty tricks in the book. Beats me.

yep the cricket matches are not cheap to go to I nearly died when I was asked to go to a ODI and the ticket was $60 and that was on the hill(grass area no seats) and the same when I went to watch St George play $27 on the hill and with a pensioner discount $7 for a beer and the food shit it cost me $90 for ticket 2 beers a cap and scarf they know how to charge all right but muppet's still go (i'm a muppet) but i'm only going 2 times this year

Aboriginal Australians are thought to have first arrived on the Australian mainland by boat from the Malay Archipelago between 40,000 and 60,000 years ago.

That means that Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, East Malaysia and East Timor, may all have a claim to Australia. Perhaps they could re-colonise it and teach the present inhabitants how to play cricket.

Na there more into the Rugby and Australian rules footy than cricket
