Well....... I'd truly miss Chloe if she was not brought back in the reprise, but I would not go so far as to say I would not watch if she were not. I mean, it IS Kiefer's show and conduit. The supporting cast has always been wonderful and indispensable, but Kiefer is who ultimately makes it all work. And, although I doubt this will ever happen, I would find it most wonderful if somehow in the last run of the series, they could somehow work in a cameo of his father, Donald. Well, dear Kitty Man, I must say that Chloe O'Brian is still the only emotional and lasting attachment of Jack Bauer for many seasons. She has also become a friend of JB and the spectators have witnessed over the seasons. She became in a way the alter ego of JB with the human dimension and the reason which are sometimes lacking to him. And it started from the third season. And it still continued in the 8th season. Capital characters as David Palmer, Michelle Dessler and Tony Almeida were wiped off the map 24 (rrrrrrrr !!!!) but Chloe still at the latest news. I thus think that it would be an error that she doesn't came back. A marketing mistake. They can bring her back and kill her (oh nooooooo !). But take back 24 without Chloe would be a sprain in the mythology very codified of 24. ID: 1372464 · |
