I have 4 computers to crunch seti. Recently I updated the seti program to BOINC 7.0.28. Last time one of my computers (ID 6969213) finished crunching and uploaded 40 work units. However, only one work unit got credit, the remaining 39 units seemed lost (in my credit account they are still "in progress", while in my computer all of them are gone). Moderator, please check what happened to my computer (or to the work units)?

I only see one error on that computer. And it is a no heartbeat error.
What work units were they MB or AP? Did you empty your Cahe of AP before you updated to 7.0.28?

Ghosts perchance? I havent seen any in a long while.

You say you uploaded the tasks, but have you reported them too? Uploading is only the first step, and until they are also reported they do not appear as finished on the web page, but are still "in progress".

This machine? Are they still listed on your BOINC Manager? If no, does the top button on the left say "Show All Tasks" or "Show Active Tasks"?

Thank you for the guide. Yes, I clicked on "Show All Tasks" and all the work units appeared. I wondered why only one WU finished its task during the last 9 days. I checked my PC and revealed that some alien program ran all the time in the computer, so that the SETI seemed to be forced to suspend its tasks most of the time. I have resolved the problem and everything is OK now.
Sorry for having disturbed you. Thanks.

No need to be sorry - these things happen.
Glad we could help you sort it out.
