I only see one error on that computer. And it is a no heartbeat error.
What work units were they MB or AP? Did you empty your Cahe of AP before you updated to 7.0.28?

You say you uploaded the tasks, but have you reported them too? Uploading is only the first step, and until they are also reported they do not appear as finished on the web page, but are still "in progress".

This machine? Are they still listed on your BOINC Manager? If no, does the top button on the left say "Show All Tasks" or "Show Active Tasks"?

I checked my PC and revealed that some alien program ran all the time in the computer, so that the SETI seemed to be forced to suspend its tasks most of the time. I have resolved the problem and everything is OK now.
