I've had haggis with cabbage and mashed potato and it was good. It was a Robby Burns birthday celebration and they piped in the haggis.

White pudding with some thinnish gravy is good as well as haggis, provided it is shot and gutted in the right way ...

Well I was a bit that way myself, but there I was in Scotland sitting down to eat with a Scotsman, just seemed right. Glad I did.

Haggis is a savoury pudding containing sheep's pluck (heart, liver and lungs); minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and traditionally encased in the animal's stomach and simmered for approximately three hours. Most modern commercial haggis is prepared in a sausage casing rather than an actual stomach.

If anyone wants to eat that then good luck to them. I wouldn't for all the tea in china, I'd rather starve.

What they don't include Brains in there?

Well with what has been found in our meat recently you may well have eaten all of the above from, cow, sheep, horse, pig, goat....etc and never noticed. :-0
