How do I make the scheduler stop sending jobs for a gpu? I have stopped it from requesting new tasks till this is fixed.

From website account page, go to Seti@Home preferences and turn off "Use ATI GPU". That will pass to BOINC on the next update and BOINC will stop asking for gpu tasks.
