Quite simply - 'x' marks the location of a signal with the characteristics given in the yellow box. Until that data has been correlated with other data from the same area then it doesn't have any significance other than "worthy of a second look".

Um - screensaver output?

Looks to me like a graphical representation of where the WU was taken (sky point) and some of the data out of it.

There might be something useful in the 'about' section of the website.

Basically the data gets analysed for different types of signals - pulses, gaussians and triplets. Each signal found gets a score attached.

Ntpcr is supposed to sift through all the found signals coming in to find those that are really interesting.
