You have one, it's just not written down, Me I can't always remember everything, so having what I need to get written down or printed out helps Me.

I rarely go to a supermarket at all.
There's a corner shop 100 yards from my house run by a nice Indian couple (who have a very nice daughter, but that's another story!) where i buy things like bread, milk, eggs, etc. And a Cash&Carry wholesaler on the other side of town where i bulk buy everything else.

Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge.
