Okaaaayy, so no doubt you are now all fired up with Group dynamics, Bonding exercises, Team spirit, and all ready to think outside the box, to leverage the assets, and to maximize customer experience, and investor satisfaction?

Darn it, Chris, I don't have my muckboots on yet!

Hi Donald,

Been there too many times before hehehe .....

Same here....
Guess all's left is to wash off, then go warm up some left-over Incredible Pie (actually a quiche, but the recipe book calls it a pie...)

Tonight's pie. Okay, pizza. Stuffed pizza.

I think I finally have the cooking technique right, except that I didn't put in enough bacon. But I still need to work on the crust. Even with fresh yeast, it barely rose, and it came out tough.

One important thing I finally managed to make myself do was let it sit and cool for 15-20 minutes after I took it out of the oven before I cut into it.

That won't be the only thing that's stuffed, that is the tallest pizza I've ever seen. Enjoy it David.

The last one was taller; it rose better.

I guess after I put it on the plate, it spread out a bit. I cut out and ate 1/4 of it, but when I put the rest back in the pan to put it in the fridge for the night, the missing wedge was smaller than 1/4.
