for Dad’s day, and I ate a big piece of it.
That was the most I have eaten at one time
for over 11 months.

Lucky for me LSM agreed with Vic. I have
lost a lot of weight, with one week to go
I’ll lose another 4 or 5 pounds so I need
to learn to eat again. Most times food
has tasted bad for me, real metallic tasting.

Well it's not exactly the way I'd want anyone to lose weight, in your case I wish you hadn't, but now you can gain it back, how much only time knows. Enjoy yerself Celt, Victory should taste good.

My mother, and many of my friends who've undergone chemo, have had a similar complaint - a metallic taste in their mouth that does wonderful things to their appetite and the tast of food. Usually took 3-5 days after the last dose to clear their system......

I can concur with this based on what my Dad experienced. I experienced it taking Flagyl when I was sick awhile back

Jim never complained of that, come to think of it, He didn't complain about too much, just that He was afraid and you can guess why...
