I got that error message very often in last days, on all 3 pc boxes and 0.00 credit granted for that WU. Somebody else has this problem?

Do not run an alpha-release with a known upload-bug...

Hi

In version 4.56 the bug is fixed.
I´m trying over 10 days without any major problems.
Only cosmetic issues, but the credits claimed are much less because a different benchmarking.

@Timmy
He is running 4.54...

If you clicks on a returned result, the core-client & seti-application used is shown. Since this user isn't hiding his computer, a quick look shows he was using v4.54.

Hi

The first thing i was trying after 4.56 was installed i cutted my inet connection and waiting for the first result.
It didnt stands in transfers tab but no error messages and after connecting the results uploaded correct and credits where given.
Also you can look in CVS log Rom wrote the upload bug is fixed.

Maybe you have to make a clean install wich means delete all files from dir after deinstall.
But copy the xml files to an other so you must not reatach.

3 results failing validation due to no consensus have nothing to do with upload-problems or "missing file".

BTW, according to the info, your example in this thread used v4.13. ;)
You having some download-errors have AFAIK nothing to do with v4.56 either.

I have deinstalled (4.13) and installed (4.56) how it is written in the "readme"-File of the client or how U suggest above.

@ ingleside
sorry that is the wrong Link,:

I wrote about the same problem as this thread from slavko.sk concerns with an other person and I thought it was the Link above: That's why I announced: "Sorry but I had the same thing with 4.56."

Too busy in seeking....:-(

So which version use? 4.13 I think should be ok. Or use 4.56 already?
Thanks for help, it makes sence because I seen that errors only on 1 box and then after use 4.54 on the rest I seen erros on the rest boxes. I will go to 4.13 version.

Hi

So it will be the best to disable network access until 4.57 is released.

It was a server problem not the Boinc Manager.
Use the Alpha Manager at your own risk.
