All your work ends in a download error, due to BOINC being unable to download the Seti JPEG files.
<file_xfer_error>
<file_name>seti_603.jpg</file_name>
<error_code>-200</error_code>
</file_xfer_error>

Some ISPs recode image files. To counter this, go to your computing preferences, edit them, change Skip image file verification? to yes, save changes to the preferences with the "Update preferences" button at the bottom of the page.
The next time that BOINC will try to download work, it'll now be able to download those image files. And thus the science applications and the tasks.

However, since you've run into this problem for a while now, you're limited to 1 task per CPU core per day. This amount will double with each task returned correctly.

Well no, you can do an Update on the project. BOINC Manager->(Tools->Advanced view->)Projects tab->Select Seti->Click Update.

That gets the new preferences in and should initiate a work request for your last available tasks. If not, well, then you'll have to wait until the project back-off runs down, till some time tomorrow.

Mind posting your Event Log messages?
With BOINC Manager open press CTRL+SHIFT+E, and from the window that opens post the last 20 or so lines. You can select them in the window and then click "Copy selected".

here is his tasks list. They appear to have all erred out during download of the .jpg file. He probably needs that image verification setting changed.

Gatekeeper (the person posting before) should read the thread before posting, as he said exactly the same thing I told you before, that you should've fixed through your preferences already: to skip the image file verification. ;-)
The log you gave was the correct one. I also see you run an account manager, which is fine. You run Einstein without problems, so you managed to get their image files without trouble. We'll be waiting a day or so to see what Seti does. But tomorrow is Seti maintenance day, meaning that around 6pm CET, 12pm EDT, 9am PDT, everything including their forums goes off line. You can upload, but not download or report. And after that, when they return it'll be jam-packed around here, with lots of computers trying to report and get new work. So you may not be able to have gotten work by then. yet if you do, post back. :-)

Now the only thing, that you may want to return for once everything is working all right, is that you don't run all the projects under one account. But thus far one, two, three separate ones, with two of them even called Bears.

Added to maintenance Tuesday, the News now also says:
Campus Network Maintenance (March 19-20)

There will be a major network outage (affecting the entire Space Sciences Laboratory) for maintenance on campus. All SETI servers will be unreachable between March 19th at 17:00 and March 20th at 08:00 (PDT).

So it may even take longer before you get work from Seti. Just a warning.
