Hallo zusammen,

Ich suche eine Anleitung wie ich unter Linux ohne grafische Oberfläche mein Seti Client konfigurieren kann. Alle wichtigen Pakete sind meines Erachtens schon installiert, incl. boinc-app-seti.
Bei der üblichen Google-Routine-Suche ist leider nix adequartes raus gekommen!
Mein Linuxsystem ist ein Debian 6.0.7.

ok I will try it on english...

I looking for a guide how can i configure my "Setion@home" on a Linux without GUI.
All major packages already installed, incl boinc-app-seti.
I could not find anything on Google!
My system is a Debian Linux 6.0.7.

If you want to run standard applications, you have to do nothing, just to register to SETI@home. You you want to run optimized apps such as those by Lunatics, you have to provide an app_info.xml file. I am running SETI@home on 2 Linux boxes with BOINC client 6.10.58 and a Solaris Virtual Machine, this one with a 6.12.26 BOINC client and a SETI@home app by Dotsch.
