Why?

Don't they BBQ up too well?

Dunno. But in all my life I've never heard of any body eating one.

I was minding my business here, and took my time. I must have fallen asleep when I was sucked down!

Ang, I nearly ran over a family of your little friends last night. Fortunately, I was entering a town and had just slowed from 70 to 45, so I was able to swerve around them. But Mama didn't turn and chase her brood toward the edge of the road until I saw them and swerved. It's also fortunate that it was late and there was no oncoming traffic.
