It turns out Granny is a bit of a "Rock Chick" when it comes to her choice of colours for things in and about the kitchen.

I don't have a guess about this, but for the record, when I was going through my grandmother's kitchen the other day, I was keeping an eye open for something I could post in this thread. I didn't find anything odd enough.
