I have an idea of the result, but I never knew there was a gadget for it. I thought it had to be done by hand with a knife.

Well it's clear that it has something to do with the Radish. But I am not clear what it does or why? Is it to hollow it out so you can make a stuffed radish?

ish and rad sort of said what it was used on, but clearly even figuring out that it was for a radish what was done with it was not clear. I would have never guessed making radish flowers. I do that with a knife, like most people do. Still at work, will post something latter.
