It looks like it has potatoes in it, so I am going to guess that it is a sack for storing potatoes that you hang up in a cool, dark place to discourage your potatoes from sprouting. |

It's a "Fusion Food Pod" cooking aid ;) Boil your food in the belly of an alien fungus! Silicon-based alien space-fungi which make perfect boiling, blanching and steaming enclosures for your food.
