59 gallon steam heated soup/vegetable/stew pots for a large ship’s galley.

OK. It is the galley of a Carrier (3000+ to feed). They had 8 or 10 of these for the 24 hour soup line.


We have 3 of those at the prison along with 4 tilt skillets to feed the 1500+ inmates.

I was afraid that it would be too eazy. Yes it is a tortilla press. I have a cast iron one but wood was more common when I was a kid. Take it away Angela.
