Wrong size for that, unless they're Vic's goldfish. (That's a major hint.) The hint was the size. Goldfish are small. David Sitting on my butt while others boldly go, Waiting for a message from a small furry creature from Alpha Centauri. |

Is it spicy? I suppose it could be, but it isn't normally. David Sitting on my butt while others boldly go, Waiting for a message from a small furry creature from Alpha Centauri. |

Scampi tongs? No. I really thought Gary was on the right track. David Sitting on my butt while others boldly go, Waiting for a message from a small furry creature from Alpha Centauri. |

Scampi tongs? Oh, Gary certainly has a good idea now, but doesn't want to do the next riddle ;) With enough hints, somebody else might get it. I'm trying to figure out what comes in those colours. It's not peppers... beans? but you wouldn't put beans in those tongs would you? A person who won't read has no advantage over one who can't read. (Mark Twain) |

Scampi tongs? Yes I don't want to spend a day looking for a picture. Getting hard to find anything that hasn't been done. Does this have to date later than 1903? (if wiki has a patent date right) |

Scampi tongs? I'm actually getting to be like that too, especially with the landscape game. No, it's not peppers or beans. Of the four colors, one is the most common, one is traditional in a certain nation (and associated with a TV character from a couple of decades back), one I associate (perhaps mistakenly) with the Far East, and the fourth is very trendy right now. (Don't take those in the order Gary mentioned them -- I don't remember right now what that order was.) Does this have to date later than 1903? (if wiki has a patent date right) But there were none anywhere before 1903 as the thing they are used for was invented about then? |

For squeezing / picking up a tea bag. Finally! We have a winner. I don't have time to elaborate right now, but I will later. Take it away, Bill. David Sitting on my butt while others boldly go, Waiting for a message from a small furry creature from Alpha Centauri. |

You do know what an old term for a 'tea bag' is? I don't have time to elaborate right now, but I could later. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |
