I still think the originals with Sean Connery were the best.

I like all of them too.
Skyfall was wonderful, in that they paid tribute to much of the past with the traditional opening credits montage.....and Adele was the perfect voice for the soundtrack.
And of course, the tribute to the past Bond cars with the poor Aston Martin giving up it's all with it's eject button and the front mounted machine guns.

Wonderful continuation of the saga.

One must wonder what they could do to top it.

We shall await the return of Mr. James Bond.

I have yet to actually see it, but having read all the plot, I expect to be disappointed. We knew Judi Dench wanted to move on to other roles, and they never could replace Desmond Llewellyn as Q, nor Lois Maxwell as Moneypenny. Connery got the balance right. Moore played it for laughs, Lazenby was a joke, the others took it too seriously.

Trust me, Chris.
You shall enjoy the latest version of Bond.
The usual intro chase is amazing........

I, being an old sot much as yourself, do enjoy the old Bond flicks too. Very much. They set the stage for anything to come after.

But, you got to give the younger pups their chance, and I propose they have done very well in carrying on the Bond legend.

Please do see it as soon as you are able, and send your report back via Q to me.

Some urgency is required in this sensitive matter.

Yours truly,
Mark (LOL, James Bond.)

Lori and myself watched Skyfall last night.
I think those across the pond can feel safe today.

I think it's been out long enough I don't have to issue a spoiler alert.

Sad that they offed M. But, she went out with her boots on, so to speak.

Q was a hoot.

And don't get me started about Ms. Moneypenny.

Love that song, by Adele! Haven't seen the movie yet though.

C'mon guys, there is no other iconic Bond image to match Ursula Andress as Honey Ryder in Dr No, the first Bond movie.

If there was an international vote, I would bet my money on Ursula any day.
