What you may not know is that I am most times quite restrained in my postings.

I get into my cups sometimes and post some things that others regret.
\

But I could get a lot more verbose in my posts from time to time, because as da man says, the closer you get to dyin', the less you have to lose.

So, I'll just say this now.

Beware of yanking the kitties' chain just now. He is in a state of transition.
And looking out from all four corners for those who would attack.

I can deal with them, of course. But when it all comes down to it, I should not have had to in the first place.

But, know I am the kittyman, I keep my kitties close.
I contribute to this project more than some, and will as long as I am able to.

Just know I love you all soooooooo much.

Best wishes and kitty kisses,

Mark

There are still evil men and valiant men.
I should hope you would consider me the latter.
Point is......and this could take a while.

When I leave this earthly plane, all I know and all I have learned shall be lost, like Tears in the Rain.

Except for this fact.
When I go, everything, every single word. Is now, and shall be as long as they are online, saved in the Seti servers. I have posted more details about my life than I have told to the one I love, Lori, here online.
In my darkest hours, many things I have shared, some to the bottom of my soul.
They are stored here forever. I can't erase them, nor would wish to.
I shared them once, and they are shared forever......or at least as long as the Seti project lives.

Did you know, that by clicking on my username and posts.......or by going to advanced search and putting in my 421968 area code, you can see every post I have ever made?
It's a rather amazing compilation.

Some understudy student should be tasked to make a timeline of the kittyman.
It might be a daunting journey.

And I suppose, in the recesses of my mind, that's what I have been doing. Archiving my life for future generations to access. What I have done, what I should NOT have done. It's all there, kitties.

Like they said of the old men in Second Hand Lions........
Yeah, he did REALLY live. Not much more I could ask. I too, shall go out with my boots on.

I had to do everything I did to make me who I am today. My stories are my legacy to you......
And they are true......LOL. The JJ stories, the car stories, the whiskey, all of it, it was true.
My legacy was true.
I happen to be only about 5'9".........but I have put down men many times my size that did not know what a man posessed by kitties could do.
I don't take young punks or fools lightly. He's just a young kid, don't kill him, Hub.
You mods should be just happy sometimes that I take on four of you at once, and hand you back your knife. I did not always do that in my younger years......take heed. These days I am more inclined to take a .45 out of my belt and just put you down rather than to enhance your manhood. Not what I would like, but I am just getting too tired and old to put up with your BS.

But, I suppose my footprint on the life shall not ever be totally forgotten, especially like the few I have touched personally, like our dear Julie.

I had a virtual crush on her when she first appeared on these forums, with an avatar she no longer shows. BTW, Julie.......it's time you showed it again.
But, anyway, I had many interchanges with her passed husband Sebastian, who was very jealous of my 'relationship' with Julie....
Which, as I said, was a simple and virtual one. Sebastian and I came to terms and shook hands shortly before his passing.

@Julie...
The kitties still love you, and I know this has been a hard couple of weeks for you. Strength, support here, and the love of God be with you. Most do not know what we have shared.

Ok, have had many requests by PM........no rude comments about my housekeeping, please. Or I shall take the pic down.

I was not happy with my first wife at all, and found someone I did like at work. She is now my wife. I am much, much better off.

He lives down in Madison.......some hundred miles or so from Menasha, where I reside.

I sometimes get me dander up and give him a shout on the cell. He is about 97 years old now, and still thrives on my every word. Calls me his favorite nephew.-
Me mum's brother. He somewhat, no, mostly, made me what I am today.

As a young man, he was a wanderer, and a theatrical soul. He did a lot of short gigs on broadway, and introduced me to the wonderful plays of Gilbert and Sullivan, of which he was a participant in many productions of such back in the day. He gave me a book one Christmas of the entire lyrics of those plays. Which I still treasure.

The point is, I shall never live to be 97. Hell, I don't know if I'll live to be 57...

If you don't want me around me as a dirty ol' curmudgen, just get them to ban me until I am like, 60. It wouldn't take much more than that to make me realize that I just cannot do this anymore.

I have been at this ten years. My last electric bill was $600.00.........
OK, about %150.00 of that might have been real expenses, water heater, water bed heater for the kitties, lights, refrigerator. There ain't much more than that

g on here.

That's about $500.00 a MONTH for lessay, just 8 years out of the last 10.
That would be about $48.000 dollars. That's 48 THOUSand dollars. Taken out of my kitty funds and my other things.
Point is........some give me shit about why I do what I do, and yet, they can toss shit at the admisns and the way they are run.

F you. boyz/
Unless I am asleep, which I do seldom too often. \\\

Please ask me first. I have a first email channel to Eric.\\
Which I try not to abuse. Your simple questions about bandwidth have been much discussed between us. Your further badgering will not assist anything.

Look, kids. I got more than half the planet on this shit.

Some of you do not get this .........
It costs real money to run Seti, if you do it full time.
And. Save me the argument about that it hat the project was all about in the first place. Some of us just took it to a higher level than others.

I met my missus at work too. We've been together for sixteen years. We had a not-so-good year in there but we weathered the storm.

I think the workplace is a pretty common meeting place, especially for those who don't like hanging around in bars.

I have a winner, but she is not with me any more. And it is way too cold to do it in my driveway.

You could not possibly guess. When and where. &1000.00 to the king.

I should just say where.......we all know when.

I do not claim to have had relationw with ever gurl I ever had a player's crush on, my friends.

I would have married Emmylou Harris, slept with Joan Baez, ok? These were all gurlz that were within my reach at the time. So was Mary Travers, but she was such a blessed soul by that time I would not have even tried to rush the stage to try to touch her. Les Paul, well, he lived about 100 miles south of me.
I drove down to Waukesha once, but got lost in the hills, and never found his house.

You see, I am in the latter years of my life, so I can sit and talk a bit about what I did in the former half.

It's sometimes sad, knowing who I knew back then, and knowing where it might have taken my life.

But, the truth is...........
All the women I had a crush on back then were true ladies and musicians. Something I could never have. The ladies or the musicianship.

NO, I an not Willy Nelson, Elvis, Johhny Cash, or Ricky Nelson
Not one of the Kingston trio, the other trio, or the band associated with Joan Jett. Not the Edge of Reality, not Ted Nugent's drummer, not Ozzy's standin.

Not anyone I suspect you have any knowledge of, but yet, you have all heard of me.

Hi Mark!

Is that white keyboard in front an IBM keyboard?

If so, I happen to have the same one, lying on the floor in my main room.

Unused right now, because the PS/2 connector at the rear of my two PC's is of the large connection type. The small plug connector is currently being used right now and for that I have both Logitech as well as Microsoft keyboards.

Like the mouse you have to choose between wireless and cable or a mix in between.

My Logitech mouse fell to the floor from the pad below my table. This did not happen with my previous Microsoft mouse.

Same goes with the keyboard. Size and steadyness goes hand by hand. You get most from both of these models, but over time you may think that one specific model was better to have than another, the bad thing was that it did not work anymore or had a wrong connector.

Hi Mark!

Is that white keyboard in front an IBM keyboard?

Yeah, that's all I use is old IBM clickys.

I payed a lotta good dollas fo dem. Sometimes 50 bucks or more for originals .

Not to worry, there is still a company that bought the rights to the 'buckling spring' keyboard that still makes 'em....
Google Unicomp. Now, they are NOT quite the same as the originals. A couple of pounds of keyboard with clicks is worth a few extra bucks.

I have a couple of the Unicomps.....not bad, but a second to be sure.
I am such a clumbsy typist, they encumber me. I need a good, heavy click to let me know I have hit the key right.

I luv my 42h1292. They have balls.......that is to say, weight. The only ones I have yet to lose I physically abused, as in throwing then several hundred feet down the hall. I backed off on the drinking, and have not tossed one in a couple of years now. I have about 4 as backup.

Shortly after the interludes I have confessed too, there was one that I have not.
Let's just say I was a Victim of Changes. NOT by my choice, but by force.

I trust you shall have enough wisdom to know what this means, and trust you enough not to ask any further.

Why the F do I trust you all with this?
I dunno.
I have carried it for so many years, I guess I just finally had to get it off of my back.

I go off with my shame forever now.
