	LHO missed with one shot and hit with the other two. A bystander got hit with a concrete chip when missed bullet richochet from sign/pole/light and hit concrete near him. He bled from concrete cut. LHO alone or hired? The way he fled leads me to believe he acted alone. A hired gun would not have killed a cop and hid in a movie theater. IGNORE Say: No Mystery. Only History.
