I have just Installed the " iBoincStats " App on my Apple Iphone 5 but I cannot locate my Cross Project ID which is required to enter into the settings of the app, so I can check the Seti@Home stuff on my Iphone, can someone please explain to me where I locate that ID so I can add it so I can have it on my iPhone as well.

Also, do I need to do that additional computer setup thing which I have seen in the Account section under " Account Keys " and I saw another page where it explained to add/create a text file in the ProgramData location for the Boinc Installation, it has the ProgramFile location and then a ProgramData location, and i read a page on the website where you can add computers or something, by placing a text file with text copied from the website.

So I just need to be sure what I am doing to get this Iphone App going. Thanks heaps :)

The Cross Project ID can be found by clicking on "Account" on this web site. In the "Computing and Credit" section next to the header "Cross Project Statistics" you should find a line like: Cross-project ID: #########

In Account Keys, there are two shown, a strong key and a weak key. The strong key can be used as an alternative login. One or the other must be in a particular file in the BOINC installation in order for the server to allow a connection and to know it is your computer. BOINC defaults to installing the strong key when you attach to a project. This can be wrong if it is installed on a computer that the general public will use (example: The owner of a cyber cafe may decide to install BOINC on all his machines so crunching occurs when nobody is using the machines). For most machines, the default of the strong key is good enough, and gives you a logon backup if you ever forget your password.

There are two ways of adding a second computer to your account. The normal way is to add the project to the second computer using the exact same email address and password that you used for the first computer. This is the normal method. For those that are creating BOINC installations on a lot of computers, copying the account file from a source computer to a new computer is a shortcut. You most likely do not have to do this.

Thanks heaps, I found it and entered it and the App accepted the code, but I thought this would give me access to my current scanning from my computer, so I can check my signals etc that are on my computer, but this app doesn't do anything like that.

Is there an App that can do what I was hoping for, that will allow me to actually use my Iphone as another receiver of the Seti@home program.

No. Mostly because the Apple store terms forbid the license that BOINC source code uses (and all similar licenses as well).
