I miss her not only for what she wished to be in my life at one time long ago,, but for what she finally became. I may have had all I wished, had it come true, but her life could never have become what it did had I been hanging around her neck. I have another person's life hanging around my neck. And I know that. Uhh......if you did not notice the single moment in the movie that was me.........at about 14"30. The defining moment in my life.......... I am a bit distressed she told me this and NEVER came back to find me. It was my first and last trip out of Wisconsin in my life. And I stood there, like a jerk, having been told by Joan Marie to 'stay'. And so I freaking did.......all night, and all the next day. Until one of the bros says 'whoa, man, the van is going back'........ And I panicked. I said, like, dude, she said to stay here, she is coming back. And he says, dude, like, you been dumped. Let's go. That is my Jett story. She still has not answered my post to her website. I suppose she never will...........It would be like, acknowledging what she did 35 years ago. I know what happened. And I really don't have to prove it to any of you here and now anymore. I just thought it might open some of your eyes when I say certain things. And you look at my posts like they are a crock of s..t. They are not all what you might thing they are. Suzi Q/ sang this to me...... A capella, of course. Roxy Roller. That was when she said.........'stay'......and I did. She went off to some party that night and left me standing there. You can watch the flick for where it went beyond that. I was the guy left standing on the curb. That was me. It was NOT a purely fictional event. Now you know. Forever since. I finally moved back to my grandparent's place in Wisconsin...... But my heart is STILL parked on the curb in New York, where she said........'stay'. You understand me NOW?????????? "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

Well, I 'spose I posted some thing that y'all did not quite expect. As is my usual thingy. Yeah, I turned 56. I may not turn 57. I can deal with that. Some of you might have a harder time going south than I. I have about done most things that a young man could. Crashed more fast cars, done more fast women, and asked God to forgive my sorry arse for it all. And I have indeed told most of the stories to you here. One or two things I left out, but I cannot go into them here and now. The rest, I have told you. When I pass, you have the total history of my posts in the Seti banks. Just click on my name, click on posts. It's all quite embarrasingly there. Evey single word I have spoken and misspoken for years. LOL......you did not know that, did ya? I am not proud. Nor am I ashamed of what I have said over the years. Ever single word was heartfelt and true at the time posted. Not a fart in the carload, as the saying goes. And I suppose I should explain THAT quote to the young pups about the place. Ya see.......there was an advertising campaign years ago about chewing tobaccy.. And the saying was, with this particular tobaccy, you always got your full mouthfull, ho waste, so the ad went, Bull Durham tobacco, not a fart int the carload. And you always thought I was full of s..t. Now there are some more bits of things I could tell you, but you shall have oask befgoe I go. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Late at night, after work. Tired, but not drunk. Just would like to express again a thank you to all who wished me a happy 56th. My life has truly been a bit more wild than some would believe. And I don't suspect I would change too much if given the chance. All turns in the road of life lead us to where we are today. And dang, some of them were pretty wild turns in my life........ Anyways....thank you to one and all for the birthday wishes. God willing, a year from now, we can do it again. Best wishes and kitty kisses, Mark "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting."
