I have 2 GTX 550TI's. Only 1 is being used. Tried different drivers, no change. What can I do? Why does it show 8381361MB available?

Why does it show 8381361MB available?

Because Boinc 7.0.28 has a Nvidia GPU memory reporting Bug, in combination with later Nvidia drivers,
Boinc 7.0.36 has a partial fix, Boinc 7.0.38 has the full fix (but is best avoided because of other issues), you can use Boinc 7.0.44 safely,

Or you can make a cc_config.xml (with Notepad) with the following in it:

<cc_config>
<options>
<use_all_gpus>1</use_all_gpus>
</options>
</cc_config>

Make sure you save it as cc_config.xml (set the save as type to 'all files') with ANSI encoding, drop the file in your Boinc Data directory (the location is in the startup messages of the Event log), the directory is a hidden directory, so you'll need to unhide it,
and restart Boinc, if you've done it right the should be a 'use all gpus' config entry right near the start of the Event log messages.

A quick question, given that the current default download is 7.0.28 where does one get 7.0.44 from?

Go to: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download_all.php and choose the one you need.

Or look in the Boinc 7 changelog thread.
