Pizza without cheese is sacrilege, diet or not. For the pizza I made myself last week, I used mostly low fat cheese and some no-fat. I can actually go pretty light on pizza sauce, and prefer it to be processed as much as possible. I want my sauce to be folded, spindled, and mutiliated as much as possible so it doesn't taste like tomatoes any more. I don't like the joints around here that just smush a tomato, add some herbs, and call it sauce. If you were making a double entendre, I have no problem with certain types of that kind of sauce, but it doesn't go well with some of my meds. My IIGS is still in service, mostly for old games. And for pizza, I've come to prefer Papa Murphy's take-and-bake. Pop the pizza in the oven, then start up the IIGS - both ready about the same time.
