I have a server at work that I would like to run SETI on but I only want to run it from 6pm - 7am M-F and all day on Sat. & Sun. Yes I have permission to do this but currently I have to manually snooze the running during work times.

I've looked at the options but don't see how I can limit it the way I want. Any suggestions?

thanks

Use 'Every day between hours of' and 'Day-of-week override:'

http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Local_preferences

Option A:
- Every day between hours of 00:00 and 00:00
- for M-F 18:00-07:00
and for Sat & Sun nothing (unchecked)

Option B:
- Every day between hours of 18:00 and 07:00
- for M-F nothing (unchecked)
and for Sat & Sun 00:00-00:00

Boy, I'm going to feel sooooooo stupid!

I look at BOING Manager. I want to change my settings.
I click Advanced and then click uhhhhhhhhhh ...
... I see 8 items in that drop down menu, including "Read local prefs file". But precisely 0.00 of those items is "Preferences".
Soooooo ... what's going on?

Have I lost my mind?
/*blink*/

p.s. I searched. I searched forums. I searched Wiki. I see nothing like "Things have changed". The only thing I find is reference to "Preferences, under Advanced".

Addendum: For no good reason I switched to view to Simple. Under Tools I found Computing Preferences. So, it's there. Switching view to Advanced (NameSpace Collision) I go to Advanced and Computing Preferences is naught.

In the advanced view in the latest versions, "Computing preferences" is in the "Tools" menu.
