Okay...hint...sum call em' flea markets... I found that picture and a couple others on Google. It does have a name. The town, says Wikipedia, "...is known for its wide sandy beach which is considered by many as the world's longest natural sandy sea beach." Yes, it's on the Bay of Bengal.
