What do you consider the fault line? Technically just about everything west of Colorado River and south of San Francisco could be cosidered part of the the San Andreas fault system. But is your thinking within a few miles of the fault then no.

Considering that I felt an earthquake down in San Diego up here in Kingman, it is all interconnected.
