i have manualy copied the exe / dll files to the ..projects\setiathome.barkeley.edu\ directory

<executable/>
</file_info>
<file_info>
<name>cudart32_30_14.dll</name>
<executable/>
</file_info>
<file_info>
<name>cufft32_30_14.dll</name>
<executable/>
</file_info>

<platform>windows_intelx86</platform>
<plan_class>cuda_fermi</plan_class>
<avg_ncpus>0.040000</avg_ncpus>
<max_ncpus>0.040000</max_ncpus>
<coproc>
<type>CUDA</type>

Message 1331225 - Posted: 25 Jan 2013, 18:24:35 UTC - in response to Message 1331210.

Oke have edit all the lines with the to many _ in it.

I did also found another the error?
Some how the last line with </app_info> was removed from the xml file, added that text line..
(not sure if that also was related to this error message)

Restarted Boinc .. and now it does not give any error message @Mike: thanks for the help

Only thing is now ..waiting to get me some GPU APs, to see if it does work.
A other thing:
My card does allowed to run 8 GPU WUs at once.. (count = 0.25)

Does this new AP GPU WUs program also allowed to crunch 8 at a time??
or have i just to test this out myself.. to see what happends when i go from
count = 1 to 0.5 or even 0.25

No that's wrong Mike, the Stock 6.04 OpenCL AP does have two spaces in a row:

http://boinc2.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah/download_fanout/astropulse_6.04_windows_intelx86__opencl_nvidia_100.exe

He'll also have to make sure he has the following files too (since he didn't list them):

http://boinc2.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah/download_fanout/AstroPulse_Kernels_r1316.cl

http://boinc2.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah/download_fanout/libfftw3f-3.dll

and a plain text file called ap_cmdline_nv.txt

You may use this package to find the proper count (exit BOINC first):
http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=69136&postid=1300787#1300787

(inside are AP6_win_x86_SSE2_OpenCL_NV_r1316.exe , libfftw3f-3.dll , AstroPulse_Kernels_r1316.cl)

@BillBg:
I have done that test and program suggest count option 3 (0.33)
But count option 4 (0.25) is just 1 second behind
Here is my post of the Result from my AP6 GPU test http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=69136&postid=1331249#1331249

@Claggy:
All your mentioned files are in the directory
I have removed the "_" from the EXE file and in my app.xml file.

After restart of Boinc, all the errors are gone

Having the 'Use AMD/ATI GPU' selected or not selected does not matter in the slightest to you, you don't have an AMD/ATI GPU so you can't ask for AMD/ATI GPU work,
But what it will do is send you the scheduler message saying 'Tasks for AMD/ATI GPU are available, but your preferences are set to not accept them'
so best to tun it back on to rid you of that extra message, the scheduler is under enough stress as it is.

Tasks are Tasks, there is no such thing as an ATI AP task, any Task can be run on any device as long as someone programs an app to allow it to run on that device,
at the moment we have AP apps for CPU, Nvidia GPU and ATI GPU, in the future we will have apps for Intel GPUs, and maybe even the Parallela coprocessor.

Following along with this thread I upgraded AP r555 -> r1363. It works, same speed as before on ATI (with a single 6.04 wu completed).

I wasn't quite sure so I doubled the number of app_version entries, one each for <platform>windows_x86</platform> and <platform>windows_x86_64</platform> because my previous app_info built from the 0.40 installer had it that way.

I wish I could also update the MB GPU app from r390 which I gather is also pretty old.

You have AMD Radeon HD 6x00 series (Turks) (1024MB) driver: 1.4.1741 on Windows 7
I have AMD Radeon HD 6570 (AMD ATI unknown (1024MB) driver: 1.4.1646) on Windows XP

For me AP6_win_x86_SSE2_OpenCL_ATI_r1316.exe works faster than AP6_win_x86_SSE2_OpenCL_ATI_r555.exe
(I don't know the speed difference between r1316 and r1363)

WU : ap_Zblank_9LC67.wu AP6_win_x86_SSE2_OpenCL_ATI_r555.exe -verbose -unroll 3 : Elapsed 989.422 secs CPU 250.969 secs AP6_win_x86_SSE2_OpenCL_ATI_r1316.exe -verbose -unroll 3 : Elapsed 756.250 secs, speedup: 23.57% ratio: 1.31x CPU 63.156 secs, speedup: 74.84% ratio: 3.97x

I'm basing my statement on only one completed wu which had exactly the same run time as other recent jobs, about 5,800s. I haven't benchmarked.

Yes, but that Wu completed by r1363 had more blanking, so r1363 is effectively faster,
