"Error while computing" since December 22nd

I don't often check my results, but now I see that I have not registered any credit since December 22nd. My GPU is an ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series. Can anyone explain why I haven't been able to process any work units successfully?

I'm not sure why 'Loading binary into device failed' and 'clFFT_CreatePlan failed'
but try to exclude BOINC Data directory from antivirus scan
