Credit Stats for Forum Signatures

I have been looking at various stat sigs available from BOINCstats, FreeDC, etc. but what I would like is one that shows credits/Cobblestones and number of flops the same way that the certificate does. I can edit the html from the certificate in my account, but it won't auto-update, and the link to the certificate requires me to me logged into my account.

Can someone direct me to a working link for such a signature generator, or possibly help me configure one myself? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
