Sorry if this has been posted before - i've had a look though and can't seem to find a solution.

Since New Year i'm getting a 'communication deferred' message for my Seti@home project. Milkyway@home seems to be working fine on the same computer. I get the same message on my laptop for Seti@home.

I've uninstalled Boinc and reinstalled, removed the project and re-added but no joy. It was fine before I left for the New Years holiday and nobody touched my PC in between me leaving and coming back to work so any help would be appreciated.

The problem is with the Seti servers if you wait a few days it should sort itself out.

EDIT:The people in the Number Crunching forum can tell you all the technical details if you need to know exactly what's going on.

Actually seems to be working now as well - only on one of my 2 computers but that's progress so all good :-)
