The issue is a systemic disrespect for women. You can introduce the best anti rape legislation in the world, but if guys are raised with the idea that they can own women and their bodies, no punishment in the world will be enough of a deterrent to stop them from raping girls. He seems to think that to be brave you have to have "a pair", that 'throwing like a girl' makes you a lesser person, and his final comment to you needs to be removed. Indian woman who was strangled to death had acid poured on her face to prevent her being identified Police in north India are trying to ascertain the identity of a young woman who was strangled to death and had acid poured on her face.
