I got a new macbook pro about a week ago and i wanted to run SETI on it. but when i try to download work units, It just says "download failed". I've tried un attaching and re-attaching to the project. Anyone else having this problem?

Everyone, as far as I know. So yes, it's not your machine, it's Seti having trouble with uploads, downloads and reports.

is this still an issue as my downlaods are failing as soon as they enter my list, Even before they start to download.

As Ageless says, EVERYONE is having problems with downloads. Your symptoms are common so don't worry, just shrug and be prepared for along wait for work, or a sore finger abusing the retry button...
