I am seeing over half the jobs from one computer having 'errors'.
Always the same error.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

That's not a drive D: on your system, but a drive D: on the system on which the application was compiled. The path to all the files used to compile the application are included in the application. So when an error occurs in any such component it'll give the path as it remembers it.
