Must admit never tried that one before!

Never tried PB on Celery! That's the only way I get my kids to eat celery. It's a great snack to leave on the table. It seems to disappear.

Well this is not really a sandwich but it's one of my favorite ways to eat peanut butter. Melt it and pour over popcorn.

Some are allergic to peanut butter or maybe just the peanuts that it's made from, thankfully I'm not, although I find I like cashews more.

Almond butter is made near here.. an alternative for those who have peanut allergies.

The basic recipe to make peanut butter is peanuts, salt, and if needed a little bit of oil, blend until creamy. spread on.. well whatever you want.

Locally we can get "organic" peanut butter, made with no added oil and no added salt. Tastes like ... well, can't use that word in a family friendly forum.

Every time I have done it after a week or so the oil starts coming to the top.

That is a good thing. Commercial peanut butter is up to 2% hydrogenated oil stabilizer that prevent the separation.

Peanut Butter, Bologna (all-beef), American Cheese, Pastrami, Provolone, Ham, Mozzarella, Turkey, Monterey Jack, Horseradish.
With a cold root beer or a wheat beet to wash it down.
