What is the problem with the uploads? The upload server responds with a long retry time of at least 2 hours. BOINC will set a back off time if it can not send/receive data with a project. It doesn't really have anything to do with the server. What is the problem with the uploads? The upload server responds with a long retry time of at least 2 hours. In that regard, it is a very good thing that the upload server was still working during the outage.
