BOINC will detect when you leave RDP and restart GPU processing. If you want to do GPU processing while you're using RDP, you need to use an external program such as LogMeIn, or the FreeVNC clients, as these use the driver installed by the user. | |

You can do your work with RDP, log out of RDP and then use VNC (or possibly LogMeIn - haven't tried that) to restore the CUDA drivers. | |
